John and My Sister

This is a picture I did on GIMP for my sister and her boyfriend, with photo reference, as a sort of Valentine's Day gift. What do you think? I think his beard looks a bit odd and the shading's quite odd.. but thinking of it as a sort of unique style, I kind of like it!

I'm not sure how long this took me, probably nearer to 3 hours than 4...
PS. the hair isn't an exaggeration, if you saw the actual photo, you'd understand.
